Mystery Pack

We are unable to offer a return for our packs, however we will certainly consider reasonable requests for partial refunds or store credit for any items which are damaged or faulty due to issues with their construction or design. 

We use AusPost to ship our packs Australia wide - Standard and Express options are available. 

Postage of Packs will be limited to a specific date range each year, subject to packs being ready for postage and our ability to ensure they arrive prior to the beginning of December.
