Effortless Packs:
We use AusPost to ship our packs Australia wide. - Standard and Express options are available.
Postage of Packs will be limited to a specific date range each year, subject to packs being ready for postage and our ability to ensure they arrive prior to the beginning of December.

Christmas Ornaments & Décor:
These quality products have been sourced from a trusted overseas supplier who will deliver them directly to your preferred destination. They are available for ordering any time of the year.

Please note - at this stage we are not offering International Shipping on any product as a standard option. If you would like us to consider International shipping please contact us.

Every effort will be made to ensure your delivery arrives before the beginning of December, however during uncertain times there may be factors beyond our control, eg: Covid related interruptions, delays from AusPost, or additional measures for rural deliveries.

Effortless Elves are not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery, undelivered through a fault by our delivery partner, or undelivered due to supply of an incorrect postage address.

RETURN POLICY
Effortless Packs:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return for our packs, however we will certainly consider reasonable requests for partial refunds or store credit for any items which are damaged or faulty due to issues with their construction or design.

Christmas Ornaments & Décor:
Free Return is available for all products, for any reason, within 15 days of receiving your delivery. The product must be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging.
